Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 27 November 2025: The countdown is on! Dubai’s most electrifying shopping moment of the year, the 3 Day Super Sale (3DSS), officially kicks off tomorrow 28 November and continues to ignite the city with extraordinary savings until 2 December. For the first time ever, two extra days have been added to the shopping weekend in celebration of the 54th Eid Al Etihad, unlocking a total of five days packed with incredible discounts of up to 90% off across more than 500 top brands and over 2,000 stores.

Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s edition kicks off with a game-changing retail moment: an epic 24-Hour Sale at Dubai Festival City Mall. Starting at 10am on 28 November, shoppers can enjoy front-row access to unbeatable offers, exclusive flash deals, and a buzzing shopping atmosphere unlike anything Dubai has seen before – including a live Virgin Radio roadshow, laser displays, and mega deals. The first 500 shoppers take home a special goodie bag courtesy of Kiehl’s, Watsons, and Bath & Body Works. Shoppers who spend AED 300 stand the chance to win a brand-new Toyota Urban Cruiser, while the first 500 shoppers to enter the draw walk away with an additional goodie bag. This first-ever 24-hour shopping marathon offers the perfect opportunity to secure the best deals while enjoying a full line-up of thrilling live entertainment, surprises, and rewards throughout the night and into the early morning.

To help shoppers make the most of this historic moment, here is the ultimate insider’s guide to navigating the 3DSS 24-Hour Sale:

Start strong with the official launch at Festival Bay

A high-energy countdown show, DJ set, laser display, and mega deals set the tone for an unforgettable night. The first 500 shoppers will receive a special goodie bag courtesy of Kiehl’s, making this the perfect window to arrive early, enjoy the spectacle, and score the biggest drops of the night. As a special treat, BLUE loyalty programme members can earn an incredible 10X points all day on spends of AED 1,000 or more – a limited-time offer available only during this landmark 24-hour celebration.

The perfect sweet spot for relaxed bargain-hunting. Retailers roll out fresh offers across fashion, beauty, tech, homeware, and lifestyle, while vibrant entertainment, flash mobs, and roaming performers keeps the energy high. Expect acoustic performances, neon drummers, LED stilt walkers weaving through the mall.

This is the perfect moment to secure wish-list items before evening crowds arrive. Entertainment continues across the mall, ensuring a buzzing atmosphere for families and groups.

The evening hours bring a new wave of energy, with special appearances from popular Virgin Radio presenters. Shoppers have the chance to win incredible prizes through interactive competitions and surprise giveaways. Expect big wins, loud cheers, and a packed crowd ready for the next phase of the night.

    11 PM (28 NOV) – 9 AM (29 NOV): WIN A BRAND-NEW CAR

The overnight hours bring one of the most exciting opportunities of the entire 24-hour sale. This late-night window is perfect for quieter aisles, faster checkouts, and grabbing the final limited-time offers – all while securing a chance at one of the biggest prizes of the event. Shoppers who spend AED 300 between 11 PM on 28 November and 9 AM on 29 November can enter a digital raffle to win a brand-new Toyota Urban Cruiser.

From the morning of 29 November, Dubai Festival City Mall returns to regular mall hours, with retailers continuing to offer jaw-dropping price drops across fashion, beauty, electronics, homeware, lifestyle, and more.

Across the city throughout the 3DSS weekend, shoppers can also supercharge their savings by becoming members of leading loyalty programmes Club Apparel and MUSE to unlock double points. BLUE loyalty programme members can earn double points when spending AED1,000 to AED10,000 at Dubai Festival City Mall. Adding to the excitement, City Centre Deira is rolling out a special 30th Anniversary “Shop & Win” promotion, giving shoppers the chance to win 30,000 SHARE points every day and drive away with the grand prize of a brand-new JAECOO J8 luxury SUV car.

With exclusive flash deals, all-night entertainment, and the first-ever 24-hour Sale, tomorrow marks the most exciting 3DSS launch to date. Shoppers are encouraged to arrive early, explore late, and make the most of every hour.
