    Tell us about KYNOX.

KYNOX Holdings is far more than a traditional media company; it is a Systemic Venture Builder engineered from the ground up to automate high-value digital industries. We operate as a centralized technological ecosystem that designs and scales high-margin digital realities using proprietary AI automation and zero-risk economic models. Our blueprint involves establishing our strategic headquarters in the UAE, from which we will govern various vertical Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)—such as PitlineHub for global motorsport streaming and SerenityLife 2.0 for wellness tech. Our core philosophy is simple yet disruptive: the hyper-efficient technological infrastructure is built once and then applied across multiple verticals, ensuring that every asset within our portfolio benefits from a shared, infinitely scalable foundation.

What is the KYNOX protocol and why is it important?

The KYNOX protocol represents our proprietary “Software-Defined” logical architecture, which is already fully designed and validated. In a broadcasting industry still heavily burdened by outdated, capital-intensive on-site production logistics, our protocol shifts the entire production “brain” into an AI-governed cloud environment. It is fundamentally important because it allows us to decouple revenue growth from operational headcount. We can ingest and manage broadcast-quality feeds from any racing circuit or arena in the world with sub-150ms latency, ultimately reducing traditional OPEX by up to 90%.

What led to you founding the company?

The genesis of KYNOX came from observing a massive, systemic inefficiency in the global media landscape. I saw high-potential sports—particularly in the motorsport sector, such as GT or Endurance series—being completely priced out of broadcast-quality production due to prohibitive costs. Traditional broadcasting is rigid, forcing millions of fragmented fans to miss out on the sports they love. I realized that the only way to solve this was not by creating a new media agency, but by engineering a completely new technological paradigm where the physical location of the event no longer dictates the cost of producing it.

    What is your mission?

Our mission is to democratize high-end media production by making it entirely location-agnostic. We are dismantling the financial barriers that have historically protected elite broadcasting. By transforming media production from an unsustainable fixed cost into a scalable, revenue-sharing model, we empower federations, intellectual property (IP) holders, and digital platforms to reach their global audiences seamlessly.

How are you transforming the industry?

We are shifting the industry from a “hardware-centric” reality to an “AI-governed” future. By utilizing Remote Integration (REMI) technology fused with artificial intelligence, we have created a “Zero-Risk” operational framework. Instead of paying millions upfront for media rights, our model involves strategic partnerships with IP holders—focusing on prominent series across the USA, Australia, and Europe—through a variable-cost approach. The infrastructure we are about to implement will allow us to produce their events at 15% of the traditional market cost, turning niche or mid-tier sports into highly profitable, global digital assets.

Why is smart capital currently positioning itself towards software-defined infrastructures?

Smart capital essentially seeks two things: limitless scalability and absolute margin protection. Physical media assets depreciate rapidly and create logistical friction. Software-defined infrastructures, like the architecture KYNOX has developed, improve with every iteration and scale at a near-zero marginal cost. Institutional investors and VC funds are recognizing that the real value lies in owning the underlying technology that drives multiple sectors. Through our model, investors gain diversified exposure across several high-growth verticals, all powered by a single tech stack that structurally guarantees an EBITDA margin exceeding 80%.

Tell us about the Remi AI Media House.

Our REMI AI Media House 2.0 is the absolute pinnacle of this vision, and its physical construction in Dubai is the core focus of our current Seed Round. The validated architecture relies on a high-density computing cluster integrating Tier-1 hardware—such as NVIDIA H100 GPUs and SMPTE ST 2110 standards—with our proprietary AI Director and AI Audio Engine. This setup will empower a single remote control room to manage up to 100 live streams simultaneously. But the true revolution lies in our AI Radio Hub: a fully autonomous system capable of handling directing, multi-language localization, dynamic ad-insertion, and 24/7 broadcasting. The immediate goal is the activation of this global “shared service center” in the UAE, capable of flawlessly producing an event in America or Australia as if a full crew were physically on-site.

Why have you chosen Dubai as your strategic HQ for global AI and media leadership?

Dubai is the only global hub capable of matching our execution speed and ambition. The D33 Economic Agenda and the UAE’s aggressive leadership in AI policies create the perfect institutional environment to host KYNOX’s incorporation. Operating within an English Common Law jurisdiction like the DIFC (or ADGM) provides our future investors with institutional-grade governance, while the region’s geographical positioning makes it the ultimate bridge between Western Intellectual Property and the explosively growing markets of Asia and the MENA region.

How is KYNOX automating high-value digital industries using proprietary AI governance?

We implement what we call the “Generals” management model. We do not plan to hire a heavy, redundant internal workforce. Instead, we will employ a very tight circle of high-level C-Suite executives—the Generals—who will oversee our proprietary AI systems. The AI will handle the heavy lifting: from automated telemetry-to-speech generation in motorsport to dynamic video directing.

Furthermore, in strict alignment with the UAE’s D33 agenda and its profound commitment to business-leader-spotlight-george-m-ioannides/”>business-leader-spotlight-geraldine-lo-monaco/”>female empowerment in the tech sector, these critical executive roles and SPV management positions will be exclusively entrusted to top-tier female professionals. We are building a holding where the world’s most advanced AI broadcasting technology will be governed by an elite female leadership team.

Tell us about your systemic approach as a ‘Venture Builder’

We are designed to operate as a true “Liquidity Factory.” The technological engine is built once and applied to multiple clones, or SPVs. Each new asset we launch will cost a fraction of the previous one because the heavy lifting of the core infrastructure has already been done. Our exit strategy is sequential: we can entirely build and sell a single vertical (such as selling PitlineHub to a major global sports network) while the Holding remains active, retains the core technology, and tax-efficiently distributes the proceeds to our shareholders.

What is your roadmap for growth? How do you plan to use the €3.5M Seed Round?

Our execution timeline is aggressive and strictly milestone-based to mitigate risk. Our current €3.5 Million Seed Round (for 30% equity) is strategically allocated:

    1. Phase 1 (Rapid Setup): €100k for the immediate operational activation of our systems.
    2. Phase 2 (Incorporation & Accelerated Execution): €1.2M dedicated to corporate incorporation in the UAE and the physical deployment of the REMI 2.0 Media House. Our absolute priority here is speed to market: within exactly 90 days of this tranche, both the Media House and the autonomous AI Radio Hub will be active, operational, and proactively generating B2B revenues.
    3. Phase 3 (Global Rollout): The remaining €2.2M will secure a robust 30-month operational runway for the global launch of our PitlineHub ecosystem. Unlike traditional startups that burn cash for years just to find a market, KYNOX is engineered for an unprecedented time-to-revenue.

What is your long-term vision for KYNOX?

Within the next five years, KYNOX will become the invisible infrastructure backbone powering the next generation of global media consumption. We envision a disintermediated broadcasting landscape where our artificial intelligence allows anyone, anywhere, to access hyper-personalized, premium sports and wellness content. We are not merely designing another media platform; we are building the definitive operating system that will drive the future of media.

What do you see as the future of the industry?

The future belongs to those who own the automation layer, not the cameras. The industry will move entirely away from physical presence toward cloud-native, AI-generated storytelling. The traditional multi-billion-dollar broadcasting monopolies will fracture, giving way to agile, “tech-first” ecosystems like ours, capable of efficiently monetizing the “long tail” of global sports and entertainment.

Where can readers find out more?

Strategic investors, institutional partners, and tech innovators who share our vision can connect directly with me on LinkedIn. The architecture for the future of autonomous broadcasting is fully designed, technically validated, and our investment round is open for immediate execution in Dubai. We invite the most forward-thinking leaders to join us in this transformation.
