Dubai, July 2026- Gloria Osteria and Head Chef Dario Tosto invite guests to experience the flavours of Italy through Il Giro D’italia, a Saturday lunch series celebrating the country’s most beloved culinary regions.
From Sicilia and Sardinia to Campania, Lazio,Toscana and Emilia-Romagna, each month introduces a limited-edition menu inspired by two regions, showcasing their distinctive traditions, signature dishes and rich culinary heritage.
The series begins this July with Sicilia and Sardinia. Guests can start with Insalata di Polpo e Bottarga, a vibrant octopus salad lifted with citronette, bottarga and freshly cracked black pepper. For mains, Pasta Alla Norma features paccheri pasta tossed with slow-cooked tomato sauce, fried aubergine and ricotta salata, offering a comforting taste of Sicilian tradition. To finish, a classic Cannoli provides a sweet finale, filled with either pistachio or chocolate cream.
