TheBlock, a blue-chip virtual asset infrastructure, tokenisation, and market enablement company, today announced a global partnership with CENTURY 21 UAE & India.
The partnership brings together one of the world’s most recognised real estate brands with one of the region’s leading virtual asset ecosystems, aiming to accelerate the adoption of tokenised real estate and bridge the gap between traditional property markets and blockchain-powered investment.
As part of the partnership, TheBlock and CENTURY 21 UAE & India will educate CENTURY 21’s global network of more than 200,000 real estate professionals across key international markets, including the United States, Australia, China, and India. Through certification programmes, workshops, and industry engagement, participants will gain the knowledge and tools to understand real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation, blockchain technology, digital ownership, and the regulatory landscape surrounding virtual assets.
Beyond education, the partnership creates new commercial opportunities for CENTURY 21’s global network by providing access to tokenised real estate opportunities developed through TheBlock’s ecosystem and Century 21 UAE & India’s Connectr platform. Real estate professionals will be equipped to introduce clients to tokenised investment opportunities while participating in the growing adoption of tokenised property ownership across global markets.
The timing plays to Dubai’s own momentum: property transactions surged 31% to AED 252 billion in Q1 2026, while the city’s population has grown from 2.65 million in 2016 to over four million today, with 5.8 million projected by 2033.
The collaboration reflects CENTURY 21’s commitment to exploring emerging technologies that can reshape the future of real estate. By combining TheBlock’s expertise in digital asset infrastructure and tokenization with CENTURY 21’s international reach, the partnership establishes a long-term framework focused on education, innovation, and the expansion of access to tokenized real estate worldwide.
“The next generation of real estate will expand the traditional market. Tokenization gives the industry access to entirely new investors, new capital, and new ways to transact. Partnering with CENTURY 21 allows us to bring these opportunities to thousands of real estate professionals around the world through education, technology, and compliant infrastructure,” said Farbod Sadeghian, founder of TheBlock.
“After evaluating the opportunities presented by tokenisation and seeing the maturity of TheBlock’s infrastructure and ecosystem, it became clear that this was the right partner to help bring these capabilities to our network. This partnership enables us to educate our real estate professionals, unlock new opportunities for our clients, and stay at the forefront of the evolving real estate landscape,” added Peter Matthews, Group CEO, Century 21 UAE & India.
The partnership also establishes a global distribution network, enabling tokenised real estate opportunities launched through TheBlock’s ecosystem to reach CENTURY 21’s international network of real estate professionals, connecting future issuers with qualified distribution channels across global markets.
