The MICHELIN Guide invites you to embark on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, where top chefs from MICHELIN Guide restaurants will collaborate for an unforgettable dining experience. Featuring elements of earth, desert, sea, and sky, through six or eight-hand collaboration between numerous chefs, each dining experience will showcase a unique theme.

Saturday 23rd MICHELIN Stars Table Dinner 7:30pm: Esquina Común (One MICHELIN Star, Mexico), Samrub Samrub Thai (One MICHELIN Star, Thailand), and Martabaan by Hemant Oberoi (MICHELIN Selected, Abu Dhabi).
Sunday 24th MICHELIN Stars Brunch 12:30pm: Vino Locale (One MICHELIN Star & Green Star, Türkiye) and Casa Vigil (One MICHELIN Star, Argentina).
Sunday 24th MICHELIN Stars Table Dinner 7:30pm: Cenador de Amós (Three MICHELIN Stars & Green Star, Spain), Crony (Two MICHELIN Stars & Green Star, Japan), Ocean (Two MICHELIN Stars, Portugal), and Hakkasan (One MICHELIN Star, Abu Dhabi).
