This june, Michelin-starred hakkasan Abu dhabi elevates its signature hakka Nights experience with a curated programme of cocktail-led activations, including Hakka-Tinis, a limited-edition Martini Week celebration crafted with Tanqueray No. Ten, a one-night-only bar takeover by internationally renowned bartender Jimmy Barat, and Spritz and Friends, a collection of Aperol-powered creations reimagined with a contemporary Hakkasan twist. Running alongside the restaurant’s acclaimed Cantonese Journey set menu and Lost in Shanghai brunch, the month-long line-up combines exceptional mixology, world-class hospitality, and modern Cantonese dining in one of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic culinary destinations.

What: In celebration of Martini Week, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi presents Hakka-Tinis, a limited-edition cocktail experience showcasing three distinctive martini variations crafted with Tanqueray No. Ten. Refined, elegant, and meticulously balanced, each cocktail offers a unique interpretation of the classic martini while highlighting the premium botanicals and citrus character of the iconic gin.

When: 5 June – 10 June, from 6 PM to 12:30 AM

What: On 15 June, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi welcomes legendary bartender Jimmy Barat for a one-night-only guest shift. Known for his innovative approach to mixology and international reputation behind the bar, Jimmy will present a curated selection of signature serves, bringing his distinctive style and creativity to Hakkasan’s acclaimed cocktail programme. Guests can also enjoy live DJ entertainment throughout the evening.

What: As summer unfolds, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi introduces Spritz and Friends, a month-long celebration of one of the world’s most iconic aperitifs. Powered by Aperol, the activation features three signature spritz creations, each reimagined with a contemporary Hakkasan twist. Designed for leisurely evenings and social gatherings, the collection delivers a vibrant balance of bittersweet flavours, refreshing citrus notes, and seasonal sophistication.

When: 15 June – 30 June, from 6 PM to 12:30 AM

What: Hakkasan Abu Dhabi brings back its signature Cantonese Journey, a three-course set menu inspired by the refined cooking traditions of southern China. Highlights include a delicate dim sum trio, Szechuan mala roast chicken, wok-fried Local Red Sea Bream, and a cream cheese flan to round things off.

When: Daily from 6 pm to 11:30 pm

What: Set against the sleek, dimly lit interiors of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, Hakka Nights offers a laidback evening pairing signature cocktails with curated small bites. Designed for after-work catch-ups or an easy start to the night, the experience brings together bold flavours and refined mixology in true Hakkasan style. Guests can sip on expertly crafted cocktails or elevate the evening with a bite-sized accompaniment, making it a polished yet relaxed way to unwind.

What: Promising a vibrant experience centered around a shared meal, the Lost in Shanghai brunch is a fabulous addition to Hakkasan Abu Dhabi’s culinary offering. Blending tradition with opulence, the curated menu includes standout creations, such as sumptuous Peking duck with caviar, lobster lychee yuzu pearl, jasmine tea smoked wagyu beef ribs, a Szechuan-style wonton, and almond soft-shell crab. To conclude, a curated selection of decadent desserts, specifically chosen by Executive Chef Lee Kok Hua, will be on offer.

Complementing the award-winning cuisine will be a premium selection of free-flowing drinks, including signature cocktails, such as the 2.0 with José Cuervo Tradicional, lychee, coconut cream, and lime, and the Tangerine Shiso Collins, a refreshing mix of Roku gin, shiso bitters, tangerine, lemon, and soda.
