The Bench today announced the launch of FHS Living, a new investor-led platform under the Future Hospitality Summit series. Taking place in Paris in February 2027, FHS Living is the only curated, pan-European investment marketplace dedicated to the Living asset classes — Branded Residences, Student Accommodation, Senior Living, Serviced Living, Co-Living, Club Concepts, Shared Ownership, Mixed-Use Developments and Hotels. Living has cemented its position as the largest real estate investment sector in Europe. €46.9 billion was invested in European living assets in 2025 (JLL) with a further €50 billion of capital planned for deployment over the next three years (Savills). FHS Living addresses this gap by bringing together global capital and Europe’s living sector across every major asset class.
