Hudini, a leader in digital transformation solutions for the hospitality industry, has entered into an agreement with Nobu Hotels to deploy its Staff Connect digital check-in solution across the brand’s global portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels.
The collaboration reflects Nobu Hotels’ commitment to elevating the guest arrival experience through a seamless and digitally enabled check-in journey. Staff Connect is designed to empower front desk teams with an efficient check-in workflow while enabling a more personalised and welcoming experience for guests.
Hudini’s Staff Connect eliminates up to 90% of the manual check-in tasks and reduces the check-in process to less than two minutes. The solution integrates directly with the Property Management System (PMS) and payment gateways, and includes features such as room assignment, keycard encoding, e-registrations, and digital ID scanning using device cameras with OCR data extraction. By automating document capture and synchronising guest data with the PMS in real time, the platform ensures Nobu Hotels’ front-of-house teams have immediate access to accurate information. The solution also supports Nobu Hotels’ sustainability initiatives by enabling a paperless front desk through fully digital registration cards and document management.

Nobu Hotels began rolling out Staff Connect in 2025, with initial implementations at Nobu Hotel Toronto and Nobu Hotel Barcelona. Additional deployments are planned throughout 2026, including Nobu Hotel Los Cabos and several other properties within the portfolio.
