Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), the official Ford distributor for the Western and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia, today announced it has been awarded the prestigious Ford Guest Experience (FGE) Certification, following a rigorous Final Assessment conducted on September 8–9, 2026.
The certification, one of Ford’s most demanding customer-experience standards, recognizes dealerships that demonstrate excellence in both sales and service operations, alongside a consistent, customer-first approach at every touchpoint.
“This achievement reflects what our team delivers every single day — a genuine, customer-first culture built on discipline, resilience, and teamwork,” said Sami Younis, Head of Service & Customer Experience at Ford MYNM. “It is more than a certification; it is proof of our team’s commitment to excellence.”
The path to certification required an intensive three-month effort from MYNM’s frontline teams, who worked to align operations with Ford’s global.
MYNM also acknowledged the support of its Management team, as well as the Ford FGE Global team and Ford Middle East leadership, whose guidance and partnership were instrumental in reaching this milestone.
