The Emirati Chefs Grant programme is organised in collaboration with the International Centre for Culinary Arts and aims to highlight ambitious Emirati talent in the culinary field. Six Emirati chefs were awarded diplomas in culinary arts following their successful completion of a series of training workshops delivered by ICCA Dubai experts.
