Part of Dubai’s Quality of Life Strategy, the programme helps participants build new cultural and practical life skills. The December 2025 programme will offer 26 sessions and workshops across Dubai Public Libraries, providing the public with opportunities to engage with Emirati heritage and local traditions, while developing skills in areas such as music, languages, calligraphy, and more.
